Has anyone heard of nSphere?

Hey guys, I was approached by a company called nSphere
    http://nsphereinc.com/
    Code (markup):
They offered me a partnership whereby they will syndicate my content (with a nofollow link) to their network of sites. Apparently they are very picky as far as what sites they accept into their publisher network, but I am still not sure what to think of it. I've heard some bad reviews on the net. Is there anyone among you who is working or has worked with them as a publisher? This site is very important to me so I don't want to risk anything.

Here are some of their example sites where they syndicate content

    http://neighborhood.gottrouble.com/Paternity_Testing_Centers_Boston_MA-p3788-Boston_MA.html
    Code (markup):
related local laws content provided by MA Legislature.

    http://guides.youngmoney.com/Financial_Advisors_Boston_MA-p2909-Boston_MA.html
    Code (markup):
articles provided by CFP Board of Standards and Articles Base

    http://local.findadoc.com/Pediatric_Dentists_New_York_NY-p1571615-New_York_NY.html
    Code (markup):
    Video content provided by VideoMD

    Any thoughts on this?

    Thanks

The only time I heard them mentioned it was not exactly a glowing review. But really, in the end, I don't see how they could be that bad and would say why not try it for a little while? I mean syndicated content is great!

Syndicated content was great, until they stopped paying publishers near the beginning of the year. So, I wrote a scathing review about nSphere and my experience with them. Google "nSphere Review" to find it--near the top of search results.
