Has anyone has good/bad experience with using pay for traffic services?

I bought 10,000 targetted visits for trafficterritory.com. After payment, never heard from hem afterwards!

 

I'm a little curious - isn't paid traffic essentially click-fraud? Isn't it entirely worthless in terms of any sort of real conversion? (That being the reason that it is against TOS everywhere...)

 

Also bought traffic last month from redirectedvisitors.com, I got the hits but not a single click and not a single "visitor" who clicked on to another page. I received about 20% of the traffic a was suppose to have. And the visitors average time past on the site 0 sec. What a scam I lost 20$. Don't paid for traffic.

 

I tried paid traffic just a couple weeks ago. Some traffic, no sales. Not the way to go, I think. Glad I didn't pay much.
