I have been using xoom to send money to the PI, but recently they canceled my transaction because it was from an IP in a banned state. I tried using an IP in a non banned state and was still denied, and even signed up for a new account while in another state, and they still canceled the transaction. And their crappy canned responses are terrible, but I dont know of any other service where I can send money from paypal to another country within a short period. Anyone have any similar experience, or recommendations on a different service where I can send money from a paypal account?
