I was just wondering, because I haven't received many commissions in the last few days, though I know my campaigns are producing leads. It seems like maybe they are not posting all of my commissions in my account, or maybe the advertiser is not paying???? Just curious if anyone had the same experience.
I can't find a contact number anywhere, and I've written them like 20 support emails, and can't even get a friggin response! EPC: 2009-09-20 $423.53 2009-09-29 $0.00 so you can see why I'm upset!
Sorry you are going through this. Do any of your merchants batch process transactions? If so there could just be a delay on the merchant's end. CJ doesn't get paid unless you get paid so it would not be in their best interest to skim. (like some CPA networks do, because they get paid differently). Now that isn't to say there is not some type of tracking problem or delay, I'm just saying that they would not intentionally skim commissions because that would come directly out of their own pocket.
They don't say anything in regards to the batching, at least the Merchant that I make ALL of my money through doesn't. At first I thought maybe they were just lagging because of some sort of system maintenance or that maybe the advertiser hadn't paid them, so they hadn't paid me, but now I am not sure. It has been 5 days since I have recieved a commission, not good.... not good at all.
I look forward to the day somebody comes up with a foolproof way to track sales. I use Azoogle quite a bit and have never earned hardly anything. Same issues with CJ can be occurring- how the hell do we know which clicks lead to sales, beyond what they "tell" us??
If you have a CPL offer you can always setup a form to capture the leads yourself to compare to what the merchant is telling you. Adhustler had a great post about doing this on his blog...
yah it's not quite instant like other affiliate networks... but i've never had a problem with it NOT tracking.
