Has anyone had luck w/backlink exchange programs?

    No. I don't participate in Link exchange programmes. I prefer incoming links(One way links) rather than reciprocal link exchanges.

    Link exchanges "programs" are a bad idea in general.

    If you find a website that has great content in the same niche as you and you think you and that website can both benefit from linking, then it is appropriate for a link "exchange" ...
