Has anyone had any success with fiverr?

This morning I paid two guys to bring traffic to my site. As of now I see nothing. It does say it's an ongoing thing (for a week or so). Has anyone received good, quality traffic by using the services on fiverr?

I think you have to be very careful with most fiverr gigs. Only order from guys who received a lot of positive feedback.

But i think most traffic generating gig is bs. At best they just delive some fake bot traffic.

I've purchased a couple of backlinking packages, but only had moderate success. You have to imagine that for $5.00 you won't be getting much more than an automated system. If that's what you're looking for then you might be in luck.

If you bought traffic, I would be very suspect. Most people selling traffic directly do nothing more than pad your analytics with misleading information. If they are real visitors (most are bots) then you probably can expect very high bounce rates and nothing targeted. I would spend your money elsewhere to be quite honest. :)

Thank you for letting me know. I kind of suspected that it could be a bot related traffic. Although one of the guys has a high positive feedback. Well, I will wait to see what will happen.

Traffic is beyond tricky. Just getting traffic is not enough. Make sure that your site has quality content. There are companies who will bookmark your site that can help it get seen. Really it comes down to the content. Great content will drive traffic.

By the way, they (the traffic sellers) can't use bots on my site as I just added a decent amount of bad-bot names to the .htaccess file.

I have had some success with fiverr. It depend on what you're there to buy.

I realized the hard way that sometimes even though a gig has positive reviews, it can still turn out bad or unproductive for you.

I've found some very good graphic designers on there, I've not used it for generating traffic though. Although I am thinking about using them to get some writers in.

Fiverr is pretty shady in my opinion. I don't buy from there often, but when I do, I only buy from gigs that have a really, really high amount of positive smiley faces (reviews).

Been happy with fiverr for promotional gigs, think that any kind of traffic or links you get from there could do more harm than good.

It has been 2 day, so far I haven't seen any spike in traffic. $10, not a big loss.

Sorry to say this man, I could be wrong in your case but the traffic from fiverr gigs is usually non targted rubbish traffic that does nothing for your site or revenue. There are some amazing services on fiverr, I do well off of fiverr with my own gigs and off of the good ones that others have to offer but not the traffic gigs. You have to think about it like this is they could drive traffic that was worth anything they would just drive traffic to there own sites... instead of trying to sell traffic to others for a fiverr...

    I hope I am wrong my friend, :) I might be :)

Once you find a good provider on Fiverr, it can really make all the screwups that you put up with on that site worth it. The graphic design / video creation gigs have treated me well there.

I myself earned more than $300 by promoting my Article Writing Service there.. Its really a BEST to get some few bucks..but sad part is we need to wait for 15 days to receive our earned income.. and beware of scmammers from there.. you definitely find many scammers, and regarding backlinks most of them are scammers, since creating backlinks is a time consuming process, who the hell in this world would do Backlink srvice for $5.. pls think that first..

Wow.... I didn't think about that. Now I can see clearly how bogus that thing is. You know, if nothing is delivered, I am going to leave the meanest feedback ever to the guys I bought the traffic from.

Do your research and you can find excellent services on Fiverr. It does take research and some trial/error, but the good gigs are incredible value. Obscene value, some of them :)
