I used to convert it at 1:180 on an amateur pic site. Now on a teen + amateur video site, it goes at about 1:1000, but at $35 a signup it's pretty good. The softer the site, the better it will convert. btw if you think you'll send more free than paid signups, try dating gold. I did for a while and it was quite close, but in the end $35 per paid was better for me than $1-$5 per free because of the type of traffic.

hiya, yeah. And I never made a single sale.... Im making sales with fling.com now still, even though Im not even updating my adult site lol But like I said, if you want to make REAL money with these, the key is to show it to a mainstream crowd.
We had been consistently sending a few hundred uniques per day to aff consistently doing about 1:20 free members per unique. This was resulting in a pretty consistent 1:30 paid per free members ratio until the last month or 2. Now we're still doing the same amount of traffic with the same free to unique ratio, but for some reason now it converts at like 1:128 paid to free members. Something smells here, I've asked why aff stopped converting over night and I don't get a legit answer from my affiliate manager with them. I even asked if they were scrubbing "skimming" my paid signups and she was offended that I would even think such a thing lol. How else do you explain such a huge drop in conversions over night? Not to mention the fact that they cut their payouts from $130 per paid member to $75 in March. The bottom line is we've gone from making about $1,000 - $1,500 per pay period to $150 lol, time to jump ship at this point, can't even pay for my server at this point. All I can do is send them traffic, if that traffic is signing up for the free memberships then I'm doing my job. It's up to them at that point to convert those free members to paid members, if they can't do that then they aren't doing their job and it's time to find a new affiliate to send the traffic to. I love it how these affiliate managers always try and put the blame on us, our traffic must not be as good as it was last period, lmao! All of our traffic is from organic search engine results and is pretty consistently the same, I'm pretty sure it doesn't go from all US traffic and then suddenly over night durring the new period go to all Philippino traffic lol. There's no way to ever prove it but in my opinion aff is bending us over and sticking it to us, either way, whether they're skimming sales or they just flat out can't convert our free members to paid anymore I can't afford to use them anymore. Anyone else seeing similar things from these guys? I just switched all of our ads over to fling, anyone having any luck with them?

They eat up most of the sales and even free-sign ups. I think they are one of the biggest scamsters online!
