Not sure but SultanHost.com is VERY reasonable. They have amazing uptime. I know, the site looks HORRIBLE, but their service is awesome.

I eventually went with hostgator which had a coupon to get the first month for a cent. The coupon was 404PAGE, there were others as well, newhgcoupon, iceishot, webhostingunleashed. I think there's now even one to get the first month entirely for free without any upfront payment, I think it was cactus, but not sure.

 

I have hostgator & like them.
