has anyone ever used copyscape ?

I am working on a project and I was copyscape to check either the data is original or not, is there any API for that? I tried their website but no luck, please help what should I do to acheive this.

Should be easy. Just publish the page on your site/blog and then go to www.copyscape.com and paste the URL of the page into the search box.

 

you need to publish the content first. then just search by the url. though copyscape is not all that accurate, and a little change in the article can be tough for copyscape to understand

though i feel there is no better option available, so i keep using it

 

Yes, you will have to upload the page or article on your host and then add that url to check the content.

 

I have used it, sometimes it works okay, but usually it does a good job, only works for live data

acutally my client want to check the newly submitted articles to his site through copyscape, and verify that the submitted article is uniquq, how can I do that ? is there any api for copyscape ?

I have not heard of any for it. You might be better off just using the site.

you can pay copyscape to use the service, they allow 5 free url checks a day, over that, you have to join and pay them.
they do not give it away free

 

demo is free but to check regular full site we need to pay them
