Is there anyone at Digital Point who has started their own site like Hubpages or Infobarrel where you share earnings with the authors? Is this a business model worth looking at?
This sound ambitious! I haven't done that myself but I think the biggest challenge enough authors to join and submit their articles. How much is your marketing budget to get started with for this project? A cheap way of marketing is to approach article submitter website or software seller and ask them to include your site in their article submitting software.
I was just throwing the idea out there. I really like the idea of it and have a friend who develops. I have done some SEO so I would hopefully try to use those techniques. Wonder if it would be possible to do on a shoestring, apart from the site costs. Are there any other revenue sharing models that would be worth looking at? I know that I am certainly attracted to sites that do this and I can't be the only one.
