These are people that still believe the earth is flat because it says so in the bible. There are still some around, and they make young-Earth creationists uncomfortable, because their risible, crackpot notions are based on a literal interpretation of the Bible. In fact, they take the Bible even more literally than most creationists, assuming it means what it says about corners, foundations, and pillars of the Earth, and that mountain from which one could see the whole Earth. When we laugh at flat-Earthers, and can hardly believe such nuts are still around--we're laughing at them for having the same belief system as young-Earthers: take-no-prisoners biblical literalism. A subclass of creationists seriously contend that the Earth inhabits the center of the solar system and is orbited by sun, planets, stars, et al. And "creation science" organizations actually give them a forum from which to promote their 14th Century cosmology!

Questions to ask the flat earthers: So who lives underneath us if the earth is flat? And why are all of the other planets and moons that we can see round? How come the earth looked round when the astronauts looked at it from the moon? How come the earth looks round from the space shuttle cameras? How far down does the flat earth go and what happens if we drill too deep and break through the other side? I would love to see these people answer these questions, it would be worth a laugh.
Nobody lives beneath us. Why all other planets and moons are round? Who said all of them are? Have you gone to see them? Or do you simple get edited photos from Nasa? How do you know what the astrounauts saw? Are you an astronaut? Do you own a space shuttle camera? I dont know how far down earth goes, i never gone all the way thrue. If we drill we get a hole.

Heh, edited photos. That's funny. Actually I have seen them. I've seen Jupiter, Saturn and Mars through a telescope and you don't need one to look up in the sky and see the moon. And I've seen them through different telescopes. I'm pretty sure that the people that owned them weren't putting fake pictures in front of the lens! And next you'll tell me that the moon is a big painting hanging up in the sky. So there's your proof of my beliefs. Where's your proof? On the bottom side of the earth?
