I've sent Hotfile numerous emails / support msgs (about 15 of them), and they have yet to reply to a single one. Do they not speak English? (which would be ludicrous)... If anyone has ever made contact with a support / rep from hotfile, please inform me of their email or who it was you spoke to, because I've had no luck in the past couple of months

I know all the info about hotfile. Was a premium members before. I wanted to get a hold of someone so I can ask some questions, such as addition of other countries and languages to the affiliate list, etc. but the SOB never responded to any of the support emails. (as stated, the older support emails were sent months ago...)
They won't reply unless they need too, like if you've asked about something that they've clearly explained in their FAQ.
Here are some of the multiple question I asked: -Elaborate on how the class system works for their affiliate system (since having more downloads on some days actually decreased my rank significantly, in comparison to other times) -Query about addition of other countries to the list, in addition to asking for an explanation why some countries are left out. -Problems/Errors regarding Remote Uploads from other filehosts. They are all valid enough questions that merit at least a single sentence response.
