Has anyone ever got out of an AdSense ban?

Going through all the threads here, All I see is that people try to submit appeals and things like that, and never get any responses back from AdSense.

yes, i was get "suspected" once in few years ago, appeal for it and get back my account

 

I managed to remove a ban from one of my sites but the ban was from the previous user, and once I mailed them the proof that the owner has changed they remove he ban.

 

you get unbaned if you are very lucky

 

Ive HEARD of people getting out of the ban after like 6 months and tons of emails sent without responses but usually no, you wont get out of the ban. I was sending legitimate paid traffic to my site and they owed me 20k and just suspended my account without so much as a phone number to call. I filled out an online appeal and even had my friend who is lower level at google try to help me and couldnt. They are like their own little government its terrible

 

Then you are really very lucky your account unban. Mostly they do not unban

 

why? you got banned? If you didn't, why do you care?

I never heard of such a thing. This is why I don't even think of doing anything that could harm me if I am going to use Adsense.

 

I think that if you are enforce rules completely, you wont be banned.

 

you won't get your account back for invalid clicks
if there is another issue, you might get your account back

 

My Adsense account was banned for no reason!

Why not create a different account instead of waiting for the ban to over? which is kinda uncertain.
