    has anyone come across a social site that covers Penny Auctions or online Auctions. Ive done all the usual Google and Bing searches but just cant find one

    i dono about penny auction social networking site, but you can find forums related to it. Orelse find related groups on orkut, facebook to reach that kind of members.
