Hi all, I'm just curious. Has anyone here been to Malaysia or heard about it? And what do you think of the country? TQ.
Yep, i went last easter 2006. Satyed in Nikko in Kuala Lumpa. Amazing hotel. Stayed on second from top floor. Above us with the PResident of Zimbabwe. I liked the Business Lounge. Ryan
you east coast people have it easy since you have a whole sea in front of you. we westerners have to endure the heat. we're supposed to have our rainy season now too (april-may), guess the rain's late. not to mention sumatra's not doing us any favor with the haze they're giving us.
Nope.. Well, I have been to Singapore & Indonesia recently. Hope to visit the beautiful Malyasia soon.
I just love Malaysia, its just dammn cool place. I have seen many cultural doucumenteries too. Its just 2 Good to see and live.
To see the sights and get an appreciation for the culture. I have a friend who studied at a university in Malaysia for a semester. He said it was amazing. Any suggestions as to the best places to go and the best places to stay? Looking for cheap with regards to accommodation and rich experiences with regards to places to go. Notting
where are you planning to stay first? every state has places to go. if you are looking to land anywhere, you might want to try penang (pulau pinang depending on who you're talking to) or malacca (melaka, again depending on whose language) first. in penang, try the Mingood Hotel. and then of course there's the capital city and its surrounding areas. most technologically advanced city yet have the same richness in culture (including the scorching 100 degree temperature).
i have not been to malaysia but then i have seen some ads, "malaysia truly asia!" lot's of sea beaches, i guess it is a nice place, perhaps in the winter season i should visit it! cheers!
MALAYSIA...... TRULY ASIAAAAAAAAA....!!!!!!!!!! Malaysia is really a nice place to leave all ur worries & Njoiiiiiiiii
I visited Malaysia (KL) in 2005. Great place I must say. Good people, and great places to see, although I had only two days but it was a good visit. Another great thing about it is that its pretty inexpensive, especially accomodation.
