Has anybody got out of the -950, -30, or the -50 Penalty ?

    I never heard of these penalties, what are they? and how do u know by which penalty u get? is there a tool that tell u that u got a penalty?

    I am sure more people have been penalized by good old goodle ;)
    Please share your exprience and if you were able to get it fixed.
