Has anybody bought seobook?

Yep, found it. Gmail thought it was spam.

 

I bought the book in May, it was a good investment, but it lacked a chapter on social bookmarking back then.

 

Yeah, my gmail thought it was spam too...everybody expecting this email that uses gmail should probably check their spam.

Google hates email about SEO!

 

I would have bought long time back if it was hard copy and one could always check the updates on e-version of it. Reading the entire e-book is a strain for a vision of less than 20/20. I think he should consider this seriously for hard copy.

 

I printed it out and read it away from the computer.

 

I also hate reading ebooks. It seems to take me much longer getting through them. I think there have been studies that show most people take about 25% longer to read things off a screen. Plus it's not as portable, you can't read it in the bath.

I know you can print out an ebook, but it sort of seems to defeat the point of having it in ebook format. Better to get it as a nicely bound, portable book.

I often get sent books to review for one of my websites, and I've got to the point of saying I won't review anything unless it comes as a hard copy. Until I can be bothered to go out and get myself one of those nice but expensive ebook readers that have screens without any backlighting, then I'll be sticking with old-fashioned paper books.

 

Ive also been thinking of reading it... not too sure though i already know plenty and dont wanna blow $80, especially in christmas time :/

He said he was coming out with the updated version last week. Has anyone received it yet?

I only got one email from him but he said he needed to have the grammar checked. Are you saying he got it fixed already?

 

No..... I downloaded & printed the version even if it may contain grammar errors. They don't bother me so much.

If you do not have SEOBook and still has no plans to buy it, Aaron Wall's blog is still one of the great up-to-date SEO resources out there.

 

yeah, tat guy practices wat he preach, loads of backlinks to prove it.
and ranking no.1 for a quality search phrase.

 

no need for that anymore. A lot of search materials on line for you. If you need SEO for your website, you can hire SEO experts. Saves your time and money .

 

I think he focuses more now on consulting
