If your an individual trying to make a living off your web design/programming skills, have you ever been sued for copyright infringement for a image / photo you have taken w/out proper permission?

What are a person's chances of being sued for copyright infrigement when the violation was something as taking a picture of someone and placing it on their site? Lets say this picture does no real harm either...for example it doens't destroy that person's image.

For example, a small site posting a image of Britney's upskirt may be more risky then posting a regular image of Britney that can be found on other sites and magazines.

So I'm only talking about "un-risky" types of copyright infrigement. Do lots of people get sued for $150k...and if they do get sued...what is the fee that is usually paid? What are your real chances of going to prison for such a thing?

    Thanks
