Stop the panic! Blogspot blogs are still allowed, only Google Sites are barren from Adsense.

Google makes lot of money out of blogger blogs with adsense. why would they disallow adsense on their own blog network.

actually you have a limit for adding channels, somewhere in the vicinity of 200. that may be the reason

Try this. This is how you should do it..

    Go to your blog
Click on layout and add a new Adsense unit.
    Add your publisher ID

    hi,

i dont think google is disallowing adsense on blogger as this will cut down revenue for so many & then ad space...

Well I see the opposite, my old Blogspot sites are still generating impressions and revenue, so no change here.

I only use the old Blogspot code, if your having trouble using AdSense with the new code (the themes you can use widgets on) use the old Blogspot code and paste AdSense into it.

If you see the question links as recommended articles in given screen shot its 100% clear that they didn't mean blogger or blog spot. Please notice as they are talking about he diskspace in google sites so they are simply talking about their free google sites at sites.google.com

guys, adsense is working fine on the existing blogs howevers when you try to add a new blogspot channel it does throw an error message, which is confusing.

hopefully its a bug. Is that specific to country? can someone try adding a blogspot.com url as url channel?

Yep, my blogger blogs all have adsense on them. I don't think this means what you think it does.
