Has adsense n00bs taken over this area?

So, I remember a few years ago when there was so many people posting advice - and making quality adsense threads that actually helped people, but now, I see the same question repeated over and over...

So, what do you think? Has adsense n00bs took over this forum?

 

It has taken over for a long time, I won't be surprised if those stupid noobs won't post in here because they got nothing to say or spam to this type of thread.

 

How long has it been? I've been out of action for a while.

This forum has had a lot of spam in recent years, mostly people who can't type english well and/or looking to up their post count so they have full access to the site's features.

 

The spam problem would stop if the posting restrictions weren't made.

 

Not even so, people that are interested in posting and contributing will continue to post. I've just joined about a week and 2 days ago, and have 200+ posts. I contribute what I can, but I won't be using the B/S/T section for a long time.

But yes, the same question does constantly seem to be repeated.

You can see same kind of thread thrice or more than that daily.

 

There should be more restrictions to joining and posting otherwise this will just kill DP.

 

Or put a cap on threads on any of these topics:

How much do you make in adsense per day/week/month/ever? (usually responded to by a bunch of people that make $50 a day from 200 impressions)
How do I get my CTR higher?
Ooooh look the PR went up/might change/changed/when is it going to change?
I earn $0 from 10 clicks a day in adsense, how do I make more money?
I applied for adsense 20 times with my blog that doesn't meet the google TOS, how do I get an adsense account?

Did I miss any?

 

Or better yet start locking the repeated questions.

The number of people jumping in to IM blindly has increased a lot over the last few years which probably explains why!

 

I have notice the same questions posted over and over again. Kinda makes you wanna stop answering to them. The search button is always a useful feature in DP.

 

Its not only the Adsense Noobs that is frustrating but i am also seeing a massive increase in what i see as stupid questions like 'what is the name of your pet mouse' and 100s of other questions that are non related to the Forum.In the last 12 months the quality of the forum has dropped drastically which is a shame.

 

I think its by time good dp members should join hands against the n00bism around here and report each and every such post.
I also think there must be a few more stickies in this section which will stop the new members from making same old threads.

For example
Sticky : Please read this before posting here
Sticky : Why you are not getting approved in adsense. Please read this.
Sticky : What did you earn from adsense today? Please share with us.

There can be many more but I can only think of these at the moment.

 

Some new sticky topics would be nice - and also, locking all the "Repeated" questions right off the bat, and linking back to the main topic that it repated from.

 

I somehow feel that the answer to your question is yes. I keep on seeing the same question and answers not just in the adsense sub forum but in the whole google forum as well.

But it seems all the forum is full of idiot noobhs and so called "experts" i'm getting sick
This places was something else 2-3 years ago and there were people that had online biz and earn money not pennies ..

 

DP is already dead nothing left here I don't regular visit DP cause I know wtf is going on here.
