With your heavy-handed approach how can anyone use this site seriously? You obviously don't understand the impact of your silly rules. Please don't give me this bullshit that 'infractions' cost nothin and are a slap on the wrist!

Until last week I actually liked this website, I thought it was a fantastic idea so I told a lot of people about it and even got you a few new members. I started to spend a few extra hours on here and then you go and ban me because I forgot to add the word Paypal!

I had put up a couple of competitions, just got into the swing of things and had a few great entries yet halfway through my contests I get banned, locked out and not allowed back for 7 days.

Okay, yes, for the first time ever I broke a rule (so I found out later), but surely a FIRST WARNING, rather than a total ban, was the order of the day!

Reading DP late at night in bed I answered a thread by copy/pasting the previous entry. It said "Interested, please PM details"

In my head I meant "sold, please PM paypal details" and that's what I thought I was saying so patiently I waited for the reply. I got it alright! BANNED: Instant lockout and that's it! What absolute bullshit!

Never mind I had a couple of contests on the go. Never mind all the entrants that applied. Never mind the contacts I had gathered, the web work I had contracted out to other DP users. Your lockout means drop the lot, go do something else! All contact with all of them, lost.

I gather you wanted me to sign up as somebody else in order to get your user count up but no, i'm not falling into that one. Instead I used my lost week to see what else was around. I have now found a few similar websites and now even started my own. Something that I would not have done if it weren't for you mods being uncaring little children!

Am I just another upset user whinging about my maltreatment or do you think it's time to re-think your stupid rules.

Now that i'm back, in protest I will use this site differently. I have totally disabled Google ads (something I happily allowed before) and will not be so inclined to re-enable them. I can see, from previous attempts by other DP users, that smart-arse mods will shoot me down here but I don't care. DP has totally lost my respect!

For every other members "sold, please PM paypal details" does not mean anything to them except the member you are communicating with. In that sense, just sending a PM to that member settles everything. Instead you post something which is totally irrelevant for everyone else. If you bother to read our rules you will know that such PM me or similar posts are banned. If you don't even bother to read the rules, I guess you are one member we can do without.

With regards to Google Ads whether you enable it or not is totally none of our concerns. If we are to really monetize the site, a simple main banner on top of the forum can fetch more than what you can ever imagine. If you want others to respect you, respect other first. This means respecting our rules and not contravening them.
