    Yet another sale of my site due to complete lack of time. I guess you have to focus on 2-3 big projects otherwise you're just wasting your time.

    Anyhow here are the details - I've sold over 10 big sites through these forums so ask around about my honesty and quick sales :)

    Basically it's the largest Harley davidson portal on the internet, it has articles/directory/classifieds/gallery/reviews/forums

    The software costs around 1000.

    Page Rank of the site is 5.

    Total revenues from the site including link sales and adsense is around $100+ per month and the site is growing by the day, I don't have time to work on it AT ALL!!!! :(

    Licenses includes

    Gossamer threads, interspire,vbulletin,photopost,reviewpost,esvon classifieds.

    I know you 'don't want to hear about it' but, take some free advice
    $3500 is nearly 3 years income, your not going to get that.

    Thanks for the comment. about the forum posters - I told you I don't have time to moderate it :(

    Which is exactly the reason you see those posts, but come on it takes exactly 2 minutes to delete them.

    Regarding the revenue for those who know what they are doing there shouldn't be a problem increasing revenue and sales. as well as trraffic which is growing by the day
