Hardware question | please help

Hey guys im in Australia & where i live no computer stores with 3-4 hours drive so i wish to buy online, anyway im no expert on hardware and didnt really know where else to ask, so here goes:

Would you think this is good value ? its just all online stores wish to charge me really high price to ship to my area min quote ($145-) and well thats alot of money just for shipping, this ebay listing is only $30 shipping and will ship anywhere in Australia.

So please if your an expert in the hardware field can you reply ASAP as the auction ends soon and i'd really like to bid with some confidence that its good value.. i would like to learn overclocking soon and E8400 ive been told is the best chip these days to learn with.
