Buying - Hardcore Wordpress Expert needed

I need a Wordpress Expert who can tweak any Template to any extent and add any set of features that I require. The site uses Wordpress Multisite installation, so you should be expert with WP Multisite.

The Template I am using is P2 (http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/p2) and It is quite different from other themes because It lets users to post from frontend. What I require is the following :

1. Change the template from 2 column to 3 column (An easy job for any expert coder)
2. Allow anonymous Commenting to posts in a certain category (From frontend)
3. Allow users to delete their posts from frontend
4. Add a Vote Up/ Down Button on posts from certain category
5. Add a friend request feature (like in fb) and profile page for each user. Basically, I want that this should be without the use of any plugins, however, if you are so confident with any plugin, you can use that.
6. An ajax chat (comet) on frontend with some certain set of features that I tell you.
7. Other CSS and UI tweaks.
8. A few more

I will pay $100 - $150 to anyone who can complete these tweaks, after the work through Paypal.
