initially, i thought adsense was pure skill and hard work. i now believe there is also a significant part of luck. if you call yourself an adsense expert, i call myself an adsense luckert. if we both place ads on the same niche, it's luck the one who decides who's earning more. hard work or luck?
Hard work. The more ur site converts for advertisers the more high paying ads google will display on your site over time. Never stop optimizing your ads and work on your content and traffic. As simple as that StarBuG
hard work more than luck. Even if you have quality ads you still need decent traffic to make profit off it. With decent traffic you need to make a good placement so users can see it and click on it
It very much depends on what you're trying to do with Adsense... If you're simply monetising and supplementing a website that hasn't been specifically "Made For Adsense" then you might be lucky in the amount you earn, CTR etc but that also depends on traffic, placement of ads. If you're only using Adsense with MFA sites then there again may a modicum of luck, but it requires some effort to choose placements, drive traffic, pick high-earning Keywords & phrases - it doesn't have to be hard work, just a bit of work. But if it's luck that's working for you then... Good luck
Maybe some luck could be involved in choosing your niche. But then you need to put hard work to create a quality website(s).
I would say smart work. It does not take a lot of work to make adsense work for you. It just takes working smart
Is hard work for sure. Luck maybe only for a click (you have luck and you have a 1$ click on a niche with a 0.5$ click average). If we both place ads on the same niche at the end of the month we will have similar earnings. At least this is my opinion.
I think you need a bit of both - end of the day, you can optimize your site for adsense as much as you like but you cant make anyone click the links. If an ad just catches their eye there has to be an element of luck in that also (i.e. that they happened to be interested in what was being advertised at the time)
All of marketing is hard work. There is no luck in marketing. You have to put forth the effort to get rewarded. Sure there are some times when it feels like a free ride, but believe me it is not. Blogs and websites take work in order to bring in the traffic that you need to generate a good Adsense income.
I would say more in hardwork and less in luck. If you dont not work hard and only wait for luck, then 99.9999% will fail to gain money However, hardworking people with less luck still can gain some stable money
sometimes you could get $10/click and sometimes or most of the time you get $0.10/click. Without hard work you don't get any click. So definitely 95% hard work and 5% luck
