Well, the biggest noticeable change I made took place today, and that was the background color. I made the background a lot lighter. Do you like it? One of the biggest things I'm trying to work on is the readability. My personal development blog is meant to be read so I'm trying to make it very easy on the eyes. How do you like the font type and size? I've also done a lot of tweaking and stuff like widgets (the random article links at the bottom of the sidebar). In general, what do you like? What would you change? Thank you for your time and I do give each bit of feedback careful consideration. I appreciate it. Wow... that is such a good question. It really deserves some extended thinking as well. What makes my blog different? Well, I would say my personal development blog is different in a few ways. First of all, I don't pretend to be a faux guru. I just began my study of personal development in late 2008, but I'm a very serious student about it. Next, everything that I recommend and talk about it stuff that I've done, used, read, listened to or otherwise experienced. I'm not big on hyping up garbage and I am interested in sharing stuff that works with my readers. Finally, what makes my blog different is that I provide a variety of personal development teachings -- inspiration, motivation, and information. I like to cover it all because personal development and self improvement is an all-encompassing endeavor. Thanks for asking such a good question!
Interesting site. Good luck finding a unique place in an overcrowded area of discussion such as personal development. I think your idea to use your own experiences is great.
