Hard to top Google News?

    Hi all,

    I was thinking about building a small site for a certain set of keywords. Gets about 1000 exact hits a mth. Competition is 2,220,000 with the first page filled with PR2-4 sites. The top sites though are three sites from Google News. Would that be next to impossible to top? I never did SEO when going against google news sites before.

    you can submit press release in press release website then your website will be google news..............and it will populated your website to get ranked well for next crawl....................

    hmm, that's possible but is their a way to have my homepage on top of google news for a set of keywords?
