hard to explain maybe won't happen.

    Yeah..

    this is quite hard to explain...

    I want a PHP program like PayPal or something on the lines that sends money, and sends me the money tax...

    I want a basic send money program, etc..

    so
    register
    ->buisness
    ->personal accounts

    account area
    -> balaence
    -> send money, etc.
    -> request
    -> support area, etc.


    not sure if this can be done though...
