Hard moderation do follow blogs?

Does anyone has list of hard moderated do follow blogs?
Maybe you can share here and test our "moderation pass" skill

 

I never heard of "hard moderated", how you can determine when a blog is moderated hard ? You don't know how many comments are made and how many are approved.

 

They are moderated to prevent spam on their blogs... so don't post spammy comments. Duh.
