    I would also recommend backup and replacement of the drive. But I am wondering what happened now to this issue?

    This is an hardware problem you can choose best way for resolved the problem 1st check the hard drive cables after doing that restart your computer and lets see what is the condition is it still or not if still you may reinstall window
