Lol, thats right, today at 1:59, our Math teacher wished us all a Happy "Pi" Day and we recieved no homework. Why 1:59? Because the digits of Pi are 3.14159 Thank goodness for strange holidays.
hmmmm....lmao or to much time in the classroom and head buried in the books. BTW - Happy PI day to you to.
Well, it was either long, pointless 'probability' homework, it being much too easy, but having to be done for the marks, or the Legs/Abs day of my workout. I think I made the right choice.
Pi day? Everyday is a holiday! (random: I thought this was about the book "The Life of Pi" at first lol )
shut your pi hole I heard about this on the radio the other day SF (CA -USA) is where the party was at! http://www.exploratorium.edu/pr/documents/07-2Pi.html
i have not done my homework, tommorrow when i will be getting any punishment i will say happy pi day, "this excuse won't work" perhaps, i should complete my homework now!
Happy PI day to everyone. Incase anybody is interested, March 14, 1879 also marks the birthday of one of the greatest physicists of all time- Albert Einstein
Pi is the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter - luckily, since a circle is a circle, is has a fixed value of 3.141592654..... And 'Pi' isn't really a word either - it's a letter - the 16th letter of the Greek alphabet to be precise. It's sad being a scientist!
