    Happy New Years to DP..

    May 2010 be profitable:D

Since I stepped up my Clickbank efforts I have had 50+ hops daily since the 22'th. Unfortunately that is also the last time I had a sale. Which is quite weird seeing as one product I was promoting sold 3 times on 30 hops. Since then I have sent 150 more hops to it, yet not sales. I did get 14 order impressions and 5 order submits without sales. In total for December I have 493 hops and 5 sales which is probably not too bad, but the thing is, most of these sales came from much lesser volume. I haven't had a sale in a week now, which is kinda weird, since the products are the same.

Let me be honest, I am beginning to think if this is the dreaded Clickbank curse. Particularly since I made a sale on another account recently and the hop to order impression ratio there is much higher for the exact same traffic (I randomize).

So what do you think, is this just a bad time for sales with Christmas and New Years? Or do I have to write Clickbank and ask what is up?

Happy new year to you as well.

New Year can be both good and bad for clickbank products.
One product I have, noticed a significant drop during the holiday season.

Another product I have, noticed a huge increase, I'm talking about 5x increase in sales.

Check out clickbank analytcs, you'll notice that most products are falling in gravity, which can be considered as an inidication that for most products the christmas period is not the best time of the year.

If you check out the clickbank index at www.cb-analytics.com , you'll notice that each year, the biggest drop occurs during the holiday season.

A tip from me: gaming products sell very well during the holidays.

Things should improve at the end of january, so just keep working.
