    For getting cash :
    Make a USD bank account ( i recommend to open an account at Bank Al habib ) after that deposit the check, It will take 14 to 15 days to clear the check, After this Bank will hold 21 days ( not only bank al habib, all over in Pakistan will hold USD for 21 days hehe coz State bank of Pakistan policy ).

    After 14/15 days + 21 = Approximately after 45 days you will get cash in your hand :D.

    But don't worry dude, You can get cash now from Western Union as Google AdSense support Western Union as a payment.
