Happy birthday to me!

I know, you already saw my birthday thread. Well, my mom's husband just pulled me aside and I thought I was going to get screamed at for something. He usually doesn't give me anything for my birthday so I didn't think anything of it. He took me outside and there it was - MY NEW CAR!

It was a car I had my eye on forever. A green Jeep Grande. It's so cute. My new beach car.

The only catch was that I need to start paying the insurance from April '08. No problem, of course.

Now all I have to do is get my license. Hopefully I can go this week without being so nervous.

21. I've always driven without a license and had no problem. He wants me to get my license before getting behind the wheel of this one though because I just finished my court things for a car accident I was in.

Because he's not my dad, he's my mom's husband.

 

More than likely because he's her step father .

 

Yep. He's been in my life since day one though I never really felt comfortable calling him dad and he never really felt comfortable having me call him dad.
