Dog Training is a nice niche with 1,500,000 searches per month. There are nice affiliate programs that you can earn up to $120 per customer. With some promotion, and added info, this can be a good, profitable niche content site. The site is built with Wordpress, and already includes adsense ads. You can easily put your own adsense ID# by changing just one line. It is also easier to promote because of Wordpress, when you post articles it pings blog directories and creates backlinks.

The site is very new and I've not done any promotion. Assume no traffic and profits.

I was looking to see some higher bids. Before, one of my other sites, mygolfarticles.info has attracted offers up to $150. I now see that I have made a mistake with the template and there were no adsense ads with the sidebar. Now I corrected that.

Also I'm open to any suggestions if you have any suggestions how can I make it more valuable for you. Just PM me and let me know. Do not make negative remarks publicly, please. I'll improve the site to my best ability.

And please, bid in $5 increments. I already announced both at my first post, and I already warned people once more.

I'll be strict about rules, as last bid from singa for $58 is invalid. Either bid $60, 65, 70 etc or do not bid at all.

I don't want someone to bid just $1 more than the second bidder. If you bid, make a real difference with your bid. If you bid make it multiples of 5 (must end with 5 or 0).

As the time of this writing, there is now less than 11 hours left to bid.
