    Completely handwritten site with 21 unique articles all about landscaping, landscaping tools, resources and software.

    Again, please feel free to check the site at http://www.copyscape.com for content uniqueness.

    This is a brand new site, so assume no traffic and no income. However, you do get the domain along with the website and all content.

    I will never sell this site or content again, the buyer will get full exclusive rights to all content.

    This is an auction, but the first person to BIN gets the site and domain name. The domain name is registered at http://www.namecheap.com so it’s a free transfer. You will need a free namecheap.com account for me to transfer the domain name to you. No I won't transfer to other registrars.

    is this legal? or do I need to add the powered by WordPress if I buy the site?

    That is correct. What you may be thinking about is if you use a site from wordpress.com vs. wordpress.org. One is hosted by you and one is with wordpress (ie. wordpress.anysite.com).

    In any event, this site is perfectly within any guidelines.
