Selling Hands free income - consistent Adsense earnings in Business niche, high rankings

This is a high quality micro niche site with exact keyword domain. The site has been ranking in the top 3 for the main keyword for some time, and in the top 10 for the secondary keyword. There has been consistent earnings through Adsense clicks for the last 6 months.

    Site link: www.whatisprocurement.com

The site earns completely on autopilot - I have not added or amended anything on the site since the middle of last year and it is still earning consistently.

Some key points about the site:

    • Since Adsense was added 6 months ago, the site has been averaging about $15 per month
    • All articles are 100% unique, written by a high quality writer with expertise in the Procurement field
    • The niche is high quality - more searches than the average micro niche site, a higher CPC and most importantly healthy Adwords competition. The SEO competition is very low.
    • The site has been ranking between 1st and 3rd place for the main keyword (What Is Procurement) for the last few months. This has been verified using Market Samurai, SEMrush and IBP
    • This niche is likely to grow as the recession continues - the UK government has already announced plans to expand in this area and other countries are doing the same
    • The theme is designed for high CTR
    • All onpage SEO has been done
    • There is no reserve on this auction

The domain will be pushed to the winning bidder's Godaddy account. The site is currently hosted on Blogger, so will be pushed to the winning bidder's Blogger account. Assistance can be provided with migration to another CMS such as Wordpress if necessary.

The Adsense income has been pretty consistent since I added Adsense in October last year, however the earnings have increased since the rankings improved. I've attached an Adsense screenshot - bear in mind that the earnings are displayed in UK £, so you need to multiply by 1.6 or 1.7 to get the $ amount.

Since the Panda update rolled out, this site moved up the rankings and has jumped between the top 3 spots in Google.com. I've attached Analytics proof which shows the details of the visitors, if you want any other information then please let me know.

I'm getting no results from your term in either Google.com or .co.uk Additionally site: reveals your main index page as a GoDaddy placeholder page. www. goes to your website - without www it goes to a GoDaddy place holder. If this gets fixed and your site goes back in serps I might consider buying it.

Until a couple of days ago the site was ranking top 3 - if you check SEMrush it still shows as ranking 3rd in Google.com (there must be a delay). However, there was a cock up with Google's latest update and a lot of sites were incorrectly bumped down the rankings, but are now recovering - this site was bumped completely out of the top 100 2 days ago but has already jumped back up to about 50th place so within the next week it'll be back up to first page.

I see what you mean about the site without www. - I'll get that sorted tomorrow.

I had similar results within last two - three days, any idea what happened? I had two separate sites ranking top 5 results for main keywords for FIVE years and now they're not in the top 100...what the hell..

Can you please let me know when it's ranking again as well as send adsense screen shots for feb march april?

The site is now up to 47th in Google.com for the term "what is procurement" and is climbing daily.

The adsense screenshot in my first post covers feb march and april. The site's unlikely to be ranking in the top 10 again by the time this auction ends, but it should be in the next week or 2.

Thanks for your opinion, but why on earth do you think google would be against sites with adsense considering that's where a lot of their revenue comes from, that makes no sense....
