Handcoded, tableless, cross browser compatible XHTML/CSS coding for less!

Hi,
I am a web developer and starting to offer PSD to XHTML/CSS conversion services to fill up the extra time. I have been mostly building complex web applications with technologies like ASP.net and RubyOnRails, and therefore have gained good expertise in developing high quality XHTML/CSS code.

I am looking to build a good initial portfolio in this area and therefore can offer my services as low as $9 per page (for simple pages). I can also integrate these pages with ASP.net and RubyOnRails. I can also do some simple server side scripting work for you, like building "contact us" forms. I just have the idea that its a technique to allow pages to show fonts which may not be available on client machine. Its something to do with Javascript and Flash. I haven't tried it myself though.
