I use WebCEO on my sites so I ran the optimization tool on yours and here is what it says <TITLE> tag 1. Your keyword appears too many times in the Title tag! It shouldn't appear more than three times in your Title while it appears 4 times. Leave no more than three occurrences of your keyword in the Title tag. META Description 1. The META Description tag is missing! This tag is not so important as it used to be, however a lot of search engines display it as your page description in search results. So you must make sure your page has a meaningful and good-looking description. If it is irrelevant or unappealing, search engine users will not click on your listings. 2. <BODY> area: Visible text 1. Your keyword appears too many times on this page! It shouldn't appear more than 11 times while Web CEO found it 84 times. It looks like stuffing your page with keywords and provokes anti-spam filters. If possible, remove some keywords from the visible area of your page. 2. Your keyword weight is too high! This can be considered as spam by a search engine, so your search engine rankings can be significantly lowered as a result. Keyword weight mustn't exceed the value of 10 percent, while with your page it states 17.5% %. Try to decrease the weight of the keyword, so its value ranges from 1 to 10. Try to keep in mind the possibility to use different word forms of your keywords. While ranking, the search engines consider not only the direct match of the keyword, but also its various alterations. For instance, for the query like "web hosting" the search engine will take into account the occurrences of such words as "host", "hosting", "webhosts" etc on your pages. In addition, the modification of your keyword makes the content more user-firendly, so your page doesn't look like a readability puzzle stuffed with one and the same keyphrase. Interesting Cooments. First of all how did u said that there is no description tag. And 2nd thing is that google give importance to description but not the keywords tag. Alt tags are a thing of past from SEO point of view. However from user point of view its good to have alt tags. Secondly i have intentionally repeated the targetted keyword in the text 2-3 times and not more than that. And if u r saying that Handbags keywords is stuffed here its only because its a handbags directory and i have a made pages for every handbags so in navigation i have to put entire product navigation from user point of view its not for stuffing at all. Going by ur way how come directories come in top listing. Go through any of the major business directories and run ur so called WEBCEO software u will see that by ur way they use more stuffing than me. The thing is that it is not stuffing, directories are made that way. If u are having a page having a listing of manufacturers of handbags than will u put handbags 3 times only? Its hold no logic. Although i agree that in Title tag i have overused keywords in some pages. It will be interesting to have other SEOs commenting on that.
