Well 5000 ...submit by hands for $500 ??? I see offer here 1000 for $200 Ok ...if just try sell all this database how much will be a cost?
Well submitting to search engines in pointless so just focus on the directories. Bear in mind of 5000 directories probably only 500 of those are worth submitting to, so a better service might be to offer submission to the top 500 - it will be better value for money and give you more value for time spent most likely.

On your list that there are no ffa sites and networks or classifed ad sites. Most who sell this kind of service actually send the ads to the above types. You want only pure search engines and directories. Hate it when I see a site selling submissions to 5000 search engines and directories, or some such number, and find out that the vast majority of the submissions go to crappy ffa sites, etc. Just because some site is called a directory does not make it a directory. Why so many ffa sites now call themselves directories.
