Buying Hand Drawn Page Layout Needs HTML CSS Coding [Easy!]

    I've got a website running on Magento. I have several hand drawn page layouts. I need these done up in HTML so I can just copy paste them in to the Magento CMS Page Manager. These are extremely straight forward static pages with nothing dynamic. If these are done acceptably I also have two other pages, one with a simple lead form and one with an image gallery I will have you do as well.

    I basic eye for design is needed to ensure the final product will look good.
