Nice Domain Name, nice hammer logo, and nice promotion... All 3 of them it looks like you got off my companies site. I guess it could of been worse, at least you didn't copy our site word by word. I guess when someone has an idea, some else is bound to try and copy it. Also, you might want to fix all the broken links and misspelled words on your site. It looks like you even used dozens of different kinds of fonts. Very unprofessional.

It wasn't created ages ago, when I created my company a few months back, I searched and searched for a name because I wanted my companies name to be unique, not copied from another company. It's showing your domain was created June 24th, 2009, not ages ago. The Hammer logo wasn't designed for you, I purchased the entire hammer logo set to use on my site. We will sum it up: My Site HammerHost.com Your Site HammerHosting.com I use the Hammer Logo You use the hammer logo I have the 50% off first month hosting You have the 50% off first month hosting. We're just thankful you used a template monster template instead of coping our images and html code. No harm though, we were just curious to why you would want to do something so similar to our idea.

Hello, It's not about offering the same promotion we are, it's about adding the "ing" to our domain name and using the same character we're using. Those two together are almost like your trying to copy our idea. I know you keep saying that you never even visited our site, but you've already lied to me twice. Once for saying that your domain name has been registered for ages and another saying that you designed or had someone create the hammer character just for your site. It concerns me, not just because you copied our idea, but for the customers that sign up with you because web hosting is nothing to joke around with and we take it very seriously. If you want to keep your domain name and the hammer logo... that's fine. It's saddens me to see that some people can't come up with their own unique ideas. If you are a reputable and respected company, you would either change your domain or take the hammer logo off your site. I can't force you to change your site, but I hope that you would just do the right thing.
Ok then fair enough I am happy to change my logo as I have seen your logo and it is similar. But I will not change my domain as you do not have a llc/copywrite of hammerhost. And for your information the logo was designed for us,and there is no way you can say I am lying as you cannot prove this. If you compare the sites side by side they are nothing alike. That sounds fair, I just don't want users to visit your site then visit my site and vise versa thinking they are the same. When I created the idea of the hammer logo and the HammerHost, I wanted it to be unique. I know they have different layouts, but we both use HammerHost and we both have the Hammer character. The two sites are nothing a like. However, you can't just take an idea someone else has, use a similar domain name, and use the exact same mascot character.
