I doubt that's true. It's never that clear cut, black & white... People are all the same, that's why war is always in fashion. :)

Whoever tried to red rep me for saying they are freedom fighters why dont you try reading about it yourself, just because they are labelled as terrorists in this country and the US doesnt mean they are, they are people and they have a right to fight for their cause if they want to.

Thats my opinion and you red repped me for it, maybe you should try reading about the middle east and its problems before jumping on the bandwagon and following the words of everyone else like a sheep...

Is Hamas a bad thing being the leaders of Palestine, more then likely yes, the Israelis are never going to talk to them and you can bet your ass there will be more fighting there by the end of the year.

Only question is, who is going to start it this time.

That was a broad brush you paint with. ;)

If Hamas has a faction, or supports extremists, that makes the whole organization guilty? Green Peace financially supports the Earth Liberation Front (One of FBI's identified largest domestic terrorist group), but the media, or general pubic, doesn't call Green Peace "terrorists"?

Hamas have achieved many positive achievements and support with far less financial support, compared to the outgoing Palestinian government.

Remember, just because you 'hate' someone doesn't make you a bad guy. Look at Louis Farrakhan, A racial separatist, and Senator Byrd, A [claimed 'former'] KKK member. Both have positive media and public images. :D

As you can tell, I see the glass half-full, and expect positive reforms to be made within the Palestinian country.

please tell us more on how you came to this conclusion?

Hamas and their people but now they need to see the way forward is with peace and politics - just as the (P) I.R.A in Northern Ireland did.

Iran and Palestine should form a coalition army and invade Israel, that way the coalition of the willing can deal with them both in one go. Hmmm, sounding expensive.. military conflict in four Arab counties: Iraq, Iran, Palestine, israel...

Israeli army is way too strong and technologically advanced now for all the arab countries.
Did you know US is buying military software and equipment form Israeli companies?

Besides, belive me if all arab countries could unite and destroy israel they would do it without thinking too much even and they tried several times before, but failed, unless there wouldn't be israel now

Don't worry guys about Hamas winning the election. They win today and lose tommorrow.

Islamic fundamentalists - or any other fundamentalists - are dangerous only when they try to change rules of the game. Hamas cannot change rules of democracy.

Although there are some signs of danger but still it isn't very important. One of them was talking about force veiling of women. Even if they manage to do it this time, the next congress - or whatever they call it - could reverse it.

Do you want to help the middle east? Let them vote to whatever the hell they want except eliminating the election itself. - An example is islamic republic of mullahs. They came to power by huge majority but now they say "God's will is important, majority is not", let alone minorities right.
