We may disagree on a lot but I think we both agree that Israelis and Palestinians should have the right to live in peace. How we get there is the hard part.

 

Why you flipped it? huh? why didnt you say that Hamas is defending it self from isreal? why cant you comprehend that isreal is fearing all women and children, why cant you undrestand the fact that isreal is the threat.

I always says some things I realy don't mean when guys here get on my nerves but when I am calm down and face reality I know whats going on and there's no other way than to be honest.
I do hope that they will live peacefuly, side by side, which is at this momment impossible because of too many extremists on one side and unwilingness to push for fair peace on other side. If one side will wait to see all extremists from other side to wanish and than offer fair peace imho there will be no peace in our lifetime.

I disagree with you on that. There's a clear definition of zinosts and zionism. I don't consider a man who served with me in Croatian army to be zionist and he is a Jew. Not once I've heard here that neocon is code word for a Jew.
When I say zionist I really mean that in term of member of Zionist political movement.

 

Maybe you do, but most people clearly use it as a way to say Jew. The vitriol with which many people use the word belies their claims.

Since the IDF is made up of Jews and not Zionists, then all the claims that the Zionists are doing anything in this offensive is simply a lie or a way to say Jew.

The only way it makes sense is if all Jews and all of Israel are considered Zionists. Otherwise all the harping about Zionists is misplaced, right?

 

Well, IDf is enemy for Palestinians and they can't say Jews because my fellow Jew from Zagreb isn't their enemy so they need term to use. If they use term Jew that makes them anti-semites but if they use term zionists they are refering to curent Israeli establishment including opression instruments of thoise establishment altough we can say that Zionism as political movement is dead on paper but in reality as I can see it it's still alive and kicking. It's just my view thou.

Of course, I won't deny that there's people that use that word only to hide what they really wants to say. There were always such people and there will be always.
