Selling Halo Reach Website with great ORGANIC GOOGLE TRAFFIC

I am selling haloreachgame.net. The site does not currently have any revenue, but I have spent a lot of time on SEO efforts. It is currently on page 3 for "halo reach" and after a little more work will soon be on page 1 and get a lot more visitors. The site has a lot of potential for income as well, just haven't had the time.

All content on site is unique and written by me. Site is based on wordpress.

All of the traffic is organic from search engines (95% Google). Google Analytics is attached as a PDF file got the first through the 24th of this month.
