    Not bad, your developed site is worth much more then the domain alone,
    also depends on the quality of your traffic and monetization.

    Id guess 10x 1 months revenue or minimum $1000 whichever is lower.

    i think HA is worth about $1500. Not to much more, due to the fact that 9000 or so members were "bot made". It is a great site though. The scripts being added now will add at least $500 to the value.
