I retrieved the email logs. are the ip addresses mentioned in the email are already dedicated to me? the email contain 2 ip addresses only and is assigned to ns11.corehoster.com and ns12.corehoster.com. I thought it wil be assigned to the custom nameservers i provided in the support ticket? SO it will be personalized to my domain and won't get traced back to you? also when i logged in my WHM, i am missing the reseller priveleges/rights. All i can see are: * Configure Support Request Submissions Cluster/Remote Access * Setup Remote Access Key Account Information * List Subdomains Account Functions Multi-Account Functions Themes * Change WHM Theme cPanel * Branding Plugins * Mod Security * WHMreseller Master Resellers I don't even have the link to create packages, edit dns zone/templates, create accounts, suspend accounts, terminate accounts or upgrade accounts. Why is that?
