    Yes all of our virttuozo windows vps are down, due to a system errors, when our systems auto updated due to any windows updates break virttuozo, we are waiting for parrels to get back to us and fix this issue,

    I waited 2 days for my vps to bought back up and it's still down...
    BTW on this post you say Data Transfer Ultimated but on the order form it says Data Transfer 500 GB
