I bought this site in Aug. since then I haven't really done much to it. It gets a lot of impressions but need work on the adsense placement or you could try and affiliate program? It has made $49 since Aug-Now.

I am not sure about the content. I bought it in Aug. and added some content from Ezinearticles and a little bit of unique so I guess it is both. I really have not done much with it. Let me know if there are any more questions. Also the Wordpress Theme is Thesis and I guess it is a paid theme?

yeah thesis is part of diythemes which is like a flat $90 or something, if your dodgey like a few of us on dp then u'd get a cracked version from a null site but yeah its a top dollor theme and its got a nice logo, i see a lot of the content is ezinearticles which isnt bad if you cant pay or cant be botherd to get hooked up with decent unique content. Do you know exactly which articles are unique? how many articles has the blog got exactly? (Wordpress... tells you post count)

 

I have maybe added 3 articles since Aug when I purchased it. The previous owner added all of the other content so I really don't know if it is unique or not. I am sure there is a lot you could do with the site. I am only asking $100 bin and the theme is worth $87

Yeah i totally understand, thing is the theme is worth nothing to me as a simple search for 'thesis nulled' in G shows there is plenty of places one could get the theme with a five finger discount (Not that I would or you have) the logo is nice, the domain is nice and yes i agree there is a lot you can do with the site. If all the articles where unique i'd have paid $500, to me the sites worth around $50-60 as it stands domain / logo/theme etc.. The traffic is insane, its weird it shows your getting 5k traffic for this month am i right? Thing is the top reffer is bing images with 50? If this site is getting 5k uniques i think the top reffer should be bringing in atleast 600-700 speaking from a calculated guess.

having said that, pr is nice, alexa shows that it looks like a website getting 500 uniques a month not 15,000 (Am I reading the awstats wrong, i am not wearing my glasses ha! sorry if im wrong)
