Selling Hairloss related site with unique content

The website is a project that never really took off, but the idea and the conception was very well thought. The idea is to provide a unique resource of information fro people suffering of hair loss, many of the articles were written by specialists, while others were written by professional writers. Naturally all of the articles are unique, from the blog posts to the treatments and informative articles that are accessible via the top menu.

The design although not unique, its a reworked version of a template that is available for free. Many of the graphics were designed by us, specially the ones on the right column of the site.

The CMS is wordpress, but there are a couple of specific improvements that we have made in order to adust the system to our needs. (ex. the diagnosis center)

In addition to the main domain, there are 2 domains that I will hand over to the auction winner free of charge.

The site has a facebook account with nearly 300 friends (293 at the moment) that added our site without any advertising what so ever.

Also, the only time we advertised the site on google adwords (for over 2 weeks) we received over 30 diagnosis request contact through our diagnosis form, so there is definitely some potential here if the owner decides to work with a hair loss institute, or products company.

We never gotten around to monetize the site, not have we ever placed ads on it, so consider no revenue and also no traffic, since the traffic we generated came from adwords.
